In this episode, we will outline 5 reasons why you should have an agent represent you when buying a home, or investment property.

We also have a bonus at the end of this video: a revolutionary real estate property search app, to supercharge your smart phone and elevate your home search to the next level.

You do not need a real estate agent to buy a home; in fact, many home buyers decide to cut this “middle man” out of the equation, hoping to get a better deal from the Seller/ or Seller’s agent.

However, we will give you 5 quick reasons as to why you should have an agent represent you when buying a home, or investment property:

  • #1 - To save time. Agents can often help you find homes in your price range, as they have access to a lot more properties than what you’ll see online.

  • #2 - To get information and provide access to the property. When you are researching online there are myriad of online agents popping up when you see an interesting property. Yet, despite of the numerous times you have tried contacting these online agents for showing or details on the property, no one gets back to you.

  • #3 - To help with negotiations. Good agents should have wealth of information to help you make a decision. Great agents will deliver all details on the property and its history, on the sellers and their circumstances and to top it off, will negotiate the best deal for you.
#4 - To prepare and handle a lot of complex paperwork on your behalf.

  • #5 - To communicate with all parties to the transaction: from your Lender, inspector, and insurance agent, to the closing agent.

  • Bonus: #6 - The services of agents are usually free to buyers. Download the FREE real estate app and search like a Realtor. https://kate.homesforsalehollywoodfl.com/app.php
